Focus Contracting Ltd is a privately owned and operated business that has been supplying labour in all areas of horticulture, viticulture and pip & stone fruit industries since 2003, in both the Hawkes Bay and Martinborough regions.

We value diversity - we have a New Zealand first employment policy which is supplemented with both RSE staff from the Pacific and other work/student visa International staff.
